Location: Ronkonkoma, NY
Schedule: 100% onsite

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Office Administrator to join a growing team in a hands-on, multi-faceted role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with day-to-day office support and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full-cycle Accounts Payable processing

  • Invoice entry, coding, and payment support

  • Vendor communication and vendor account management

  • Daily use of NetSuite (required)

  • Experience paying high volume (700-800 per day) invoices

  • General office administration and operational support

  • Managing office supplies, common areas, and routine office upkeep

  • Supporting overall office organization and administrative needs

Qualified candidates will bring a combination of AP and office administration experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on NetSuite experience (required)

  • Background in Accounts Payable and office administration
