Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee changes
Handle full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and check runs
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end close, including accruals and reporting support
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Collaborate with HR and accounting on employee-related items

Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll and/or accounts payable experience
Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Experience with high-volume invoice processing preferred
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/payroll systems
