Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Full-Time | 1st Shift

Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor II - Electrical to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for overseeing electrical systems, utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility infrastructure while driving safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop electrical maintenance technicians
  • Oversee maintenance for utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and facility systems
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance
  • Conduct audits, analyze maintenance trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Promote and enforce safety programs and emergency preparedness initiatives
  • Utilize CMMS and CAD tools for maintenance planning and documentation
Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of electrical experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment
