Job Description:

  • Service, maintain, and repair commercial and residential electrical systems on an emergency, non-emergency, and preventative maintenance basis
  • Execute scheduled assignments, service calls, work orders, and project tasks in a timely and professional manner
  • Install, inspect, replace, and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, Ethernet and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures, and related components
  • Install, maintain, repair, and test switchgear and transformers
  • Perform all work in compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves, with clear communication and alignment to business needs.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following duties:

  • Install and replace lighting systems and fixtures
  • Wire, assemble, and test control panels
  • Bend, mount, and secure electrical conduit
  • Start up and test new control circuits
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC guidelines
  • Pull and run wire; install and terminate electrical panels
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Fire alarm installation and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Travel to and work at multiple job sites within a day and/or week
