Position Title: Electrical Superintendent
About the Role: This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent to lead critical data center construction projects. The role demands a proactive leader capable of managing large teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The candidate will oversee electrical installations and coordinate logistics, making a significant impact on project success. Challenges include managing high-value jobs and balancing travel demands. Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:
  • Lead field personnel, managing crews of 10-25+ individuals
  • Oversee foremen, electricians, apprentices, and helpers
  • Coordinate safety, quality, and logistics teams
  • Manage daily reports, timekeeping, and safety logs
  • Plan and execute construction based on estimates
  • Coordinate material ordering and fabrication
  • Ensure compliance with electrical installations in data centers
  • Conduct on-site meetings and provide production oversight

Electrical Superintendent Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of superintendent experience
  • Electrical construction background
  • Experience running crews of 10-25+
  • Experience on jobs valued at $500k and higher
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to work long hours
  • OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
  • Data center experience is preferred
  • Industrial electrical construction experience is preferred
  • An apprenticeship background is preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
  • Experience managing multiple superintendents is preferred
  • Experience with high-dollar value projects ($2MM-$5MM) is preferred
