Senior Electrical Superintendent – Lead From the Front

Ready to run major projects, lead top-tier crews, and drive results that matter? We’re hiring a Senior Electrical Superintendent who knows how to take control of large-scale commercial/industrial jobs and deliver safely, on time, and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout
  • Lead and manage superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple scopes
  • Drive production, scheduling, and manpower planning to hit aggressive deadlines
  • Coordinate with GCs, project managers, inspectors, and clients
  • Enforce strict safety standards (OSHA compliance) and quality control
  • Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience (commercial or industrial)
  • Proven track record as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
  • Strong leadership—ability to manage large crews and multiple job sites
  • Deep knowledge of NEC code, blueprints, and project scheduling
  • Experience with high-voltage systems, switchgear, distribution, and controls
  • Ability to drive production while maintaining safety and quality

Compensation & Perks- Pay is up to $50/hour, locals at this time
