Overview

Experienced senior-level electrical Superintendent to support MEP systems in large-scale commercial construction projects. Data center experience strongly preferred. Handsโ€‘on leadership role focused on installation, coordination, quality control, and field execution of electrical systems within integrated MEP environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, controls, and lowโ€‘voltage infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and general contractor teams to ensure seamless MEP integration and clashโ€‘free execution.
  • Interpret and redline construction drawings, schematics, and BIM/Revit models in the field.
  • Oversee junior technicians, enforce safety protocols, and maintain project schedules.
  • Perform system inspections, troubleshoot issues, and verify compliance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of commercial electrical experience; data center projects highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of MEP coordination and construction sequencing.
  • Proficient with testing equipment, terminations, panel schedules, and field documentation.
  • Leadership experience mentoring crews and driving daily progress.
  • Valid Texas master electrical license strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and navigate Revit/BIM models in the field.
  • Proven field expertise is essential.
