About the Company: We have partnered with a leading commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced working Foreman/Superintendent to join our growing team. Our company is committed to delivering exceptional quality and maintaining the highest standards in commercial construction projects.

Position Overview: We're seeking a hands-on Working Foreman/Superintendent who can both lead crews and actively participate in commercial drywall installations while managing project documentation and team coordination.

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and work alongside drywall installation crews on commercial projects

• Manage daily paperwork, including progress reports, timesheets, and safety documentation

• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades

• Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

• Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance

• Oversee material ordering and inventory management

• Train and mentor crew members

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial drywall experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

• OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in basic construction software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to travel for projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large-scale commercial projects

• Knowledge of scheduling and project management software

• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 

• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods

• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
