Document Control Specialist

Paradigm Power Delivery Inc. is looking for an organized and proactive Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing project documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and customer requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate smooth workflows and ensure timely distribution and filing of documents related to power delivery projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and manage documentation.

  • Maintain document control systems and ensure proper version tracking.

  • Distribute documents to appropriate personnel and track responses.

  • Ensure compliance with document standards and company policies.

  • Monitor deadlines and provide alerts on document submission status.

  • Support quality assurance efforts through accurate document management.

  • Generate reports on document statuses and provide updates to management.

  • Train staff on document control procedures and systems.

Requirements
