The Dixon Group is looking for a Distribution Branch Manager to join our team in Dallas, NC! The Distribution Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of distribution specialists, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials. This role plays a key part in optimizing inventory flow, improving processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the distribution branch
  • Foster and maintain a safe, compliant work environment
  • Monitor and achieve key performance metrics, including shipping accuracy, timeliness, and error reduction
  • Evaluate staffing levels and recommend adjustments based on operational needs
  • Oversee inventory flow and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Manage employee productivity, performance, and engagement
  • Address operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, in-person interactions, and order processing

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or supervising teams
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred
