Job description

We are currently seeking a dependable and energetic individual to join our Fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position is critical to our company’s success and involves performing an array of duties to support the efficient operation of our warehouse.

This job is in a warehouse setting & requires operating a forklift and other power equipment safely. The role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, box cutters, and tape dispensers.


Key Responsibilities:

Operations Managements:

  • Assist in overseeing daily fulfillment operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
  • Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet order volume demands and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met through accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

Team Leadership

  • Help supervise, train, and coach fulfillment associates.
  • Help coordinate shift schedules, staffing needs, and workload distribution.

Inventory & Documentation

  • Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate within warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order accuracy, productivity, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods, including shipment details and inventory updates.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
