A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As a Distribution Coordinator 4/Group lead at MKS Inc., you will serve as a senior individual contributor and operational subject matter expert supporting complex distribution execution, process stability, and lead-level readiness.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Supporting receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement, material flow, and daily execution requirements

Following standard work, safety expectations, transaction discipline, and site procedures

Communicating issues, risks, shortages, discrepancies, or process concerns through the appropriate channels

Maintaining ownership, accuracy, teamwork, and follow-through within assigned responsibilities

Supporting continuous improvement, cross-training, and a culture of accountability

Contributing to safe, reliable, and customer-focused distribution performance

Skills You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent required

4+ years of distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or related operational experience preferred

Experience within warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or comparable operational environments

Understanding of receiving, shipping, inventory control, material flow, picking, packing, and transaction accuracy

Ability to follow and reinforce standard work, safety expectations, quality requirements, and operational discipline

Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and follow-through skills

Experience using ERP, warehouse, inventory, reporting, or Microsoft Office tools as applicable to the role

Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement

Preferred Skills:

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $22.50 - 37.50 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
