Job description

Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a Coordinator, International Television & Digital Distribution, LATAM to report to the SVP, Television & Digital Distribution, Latin America, in the WWTV Sales department. This role will provide administrative and operational support to the LATAM distribution team, assisting in sales coordination, client servicing, and internal reporting efforts across the region.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of closed deals, ensuring every stage from rights clearance and signed contracts to final delivery is tracked
  • Drive efficiency by bridging communication between Sales and support teams to streamline approvals, rights clearance and servicing
  • Maintain and organize departmental files, databases, and reporting tools
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the LATAM distribution team as needed
  • Assist with preparation of sales presentations, pitch materials, and client-facing documents
  • Manage pan-regional avails for the LATAM region, monitoring rights and windows to optimize sales opportunities
  • Manage deal entry and maintenance, ensuring all system data precisely reflects the terms of executed contracts and deal memos
  • Maintain proactive communication with partners to validate that distribution windows and rights align with current availability
  • Monitor multiple deal flows to keep all stakeholders updated on status, proactively resolving internal bottlenecks to accelerate execution
  • Oversee the lifecycle of volume agreements, ensuring all content refreshes and scheduled deliverables align with contractual windows and operational deadlines

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
