Wholegoods Commercial Manager

We're now looking for a Wholegoods Commercial Manager to support and uplift our dealer network across New Zealand, helping drive performance, capability and an outstanding end-to-end customer journey.

The Opportunity This is a pivotal, high-impact role working closely with dealer partners, Brand Sales teams and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in improving wholegoods commercial and operational performance, embedding best-practice standards, and lifting customer experience across your area of responsibility. You'll be a trusted partner to dealers — coaching, challenging and supporting them to grow sustainably and deliver for farmers today and into the future.

What You'll Be Doing Partnering with dealers to improve wholegoods sales performance, operational capability and profitability Driving Dealer Performance Improvement, Dealer Education and Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes Embedding AGCO standards, including MOS and customer experience initiatives Analysing performance trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting targeted improvement plans Supporting dealer onboarding and offboarding processes Working closely with Brand Sales, Distribution Management and other AGCO teams to deliver aligned outcomes Using tools such as Salesforce and NPS platforms to track performance and strengthen customer satisfaction Acting as a visible AGCO representative, building strong, credible relationships across the network

What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, commercial, dealer development or distribution management Strong understanding of dealer networks and end-to-end sales operations (ag, automotive, equipment or similar industries ideal) A collaborative, coaching-style approach with the confidence to influence and challenge Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and ability to turn insight into action Comfortable working in a field-based, regionally mobile role across New Zealand Experience with CRM and performance tools (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
