ROLE SUMMARY

This is a full-ownership branch leadership role, responsible for driving profitable operations across sales, service, warehouse, and logistics functions. The right candidate combines strong business development instincts with hands-on operational oversight, a track record of developing high-performing teams, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a distribution or industrial supply environment.

What You'll Own

  • Full branch P&L, budgeting, and cost management
  • Safety culture, incident reporting, and hazard prevention programs, including DOT and SOX compliance
  • Day-to-day branch operations spanning inside sales, customer service, warehouse, and logistics
  • Inventory management and cycle count execution
  • Talent development, performance management, and team engagement
  • Annual business planning and new business development
  • Customer relationship management through in-person visits, service excellence, and strategic account support
  • Collaboration with regional and national sales teams to capture growth in key markets

Who We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in industrial distribution, with demonstrated leadership in branch or operations management
  • Track record of growing revenue, managing costs, and developing teams
  • Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to serve both local and national accounts
  • Comfortable operating in a compliance-driven environment (DOT, SOX)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
  • Valid driver's license required; forklift/crane certification a plus
  • Ability to travel within the branch service area, with occasional overnight stays
