We manufacture and distribute industrial, hydraulic, and metal hose assemblies and associated components serving customers across manufacturing, construction, automotive, aerospace, and beyond. Koehler Rubber & Supply Co. (now operating as TCH Koehler LLC, dba Koehler Rubber) brings more than a century of expertise to our combined organization. Founded in 1917, Koehler Rubber has spent over 100 years supplying Ohio and the Midwest with specialty fluid application products. Their team includes certified specialists in hose and fitting assembly specification, lubrication system design, pumping and dispensing systems, spray finishing, and factory-authorized service and repair.

Together, TCH Industries and Koehler Rubber represent more than 140 combined years of industry expertise operating from a consolidated location in Cleveland. The Role

This is a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse production role where you will be performing repetitive assembly-line tasks as part of a larger team. You do not need prior hose industry experience - we will train you. What we need is someone who is reliable, keeps up with production pace, follows instructions carefully, and takes safety seriously.

This position is a great entry point into TCH Industries. Many of our senior production team members started right here.

What You'll Do

  • Perform repetitive assembly-line tasks to build and prepare industrial hose orders for shipment
  • Follow work orders, checklists, and supervisor instructions to meet daily production targets
  • Conduct basic visual inspections to verify completed assemblies meet quality standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment (training provided)
  • Complete production logs and paperwork accurately
  • Work cooperatively with your team to hit team output goals

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately for full shifts
  • Reliable attendance - this is a team environment and your presence matters
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Basic math skills and ability to read work orders
  • Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, Mondayโ€“Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Competitive hourly wage - commensurate with experience
