Do you have experience being a Franchise Business Consultant supporting multiple independent business owners at the same time? Are you tired of traveling for business every week? Want to work in an office setting with cross-functional and dedicated teams? Prefer a fast-paced environment that focuses on acccountability? If so, then this might be the role for you!

Our Franchise Business Leaders support multiple Owner Operators across several time zones from a Dallas based office with minimal travel. Assist/guide/mentor our single-unit and multi-unit Owner/Operators:

  • build sales by focusing on operational excellence, the importance of community involvement and grass roots marketing
  • increase profitability by training and enforcing adherence to and execution of the business model daily through through good, solid business activities including the detailed management of cost of goods and labor scheduling

This role will be responsible for an assigned district of restaurants and will be evaluated based upon his/her ability to achieve sales and profit growth within the district. This role will grow to support 30 - 60 locations mostly from an office setting requiring minimal travel, sometimes on short notice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

  • Accountability for sales and profitability of assigned franchise locations
  • Interpreting information from reporting systems and utilizing the data to coach operational standards
  • Utilizing reporting systems to determine trends in sales and cost of goods and coaching on their use
  • Ensuring compliance of franchise location adherence to all company standards
  • Analyze district results and present results and action plans to leadership
  • Travel as necessary to support , train and enforce standards and compliance
  • Build sales for assigned stores – increasing existing customer frequency and engaging new customers
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly sales and check count commitments at store and district level
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly KPI (key performance indicator) metrics at store and district level
  • Responsible to drive overall quality and brand standards at all levels through direct initiatives 
  • Implement, execute, manage and assertively follow up on operational brand strategies that enhance the profitability at store and district levels
  • Collaborate and work in conjunction with other departments for overall growth and success of the operations department and team
  • Maintain budget controls on all operations activities tied to district

Prerequisites: 

  • High School Diploma or GED is required, college degree desired
  • 3+ years multi-unit restaurant management experience is required
  • Experience supporting multiple Franchisees (10+ locations) required 
  • Experience breaking down a P&L to manageable tactics and action steps
  • Restaurant marketing experience a plus
  • Thrive in a results-driven business environment
  • Outstanding follow up

*This role requires living in the Dallas metro area, there is no relocation being offered.
