Role Summary
Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy Digital Sales Representative to lead our online sales efforts. The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the dealership's online presence, handling internet leads, and driving sales through digital channels.

  • Oversee the management of internet leads, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Maintain and enhance the dealership's website and online listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of online leads to in-person sales, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with online customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the buying process.
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on effective internet sales techniques and best practices for engaging online customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new strategies and tools to enhance the dealership's online sales efforts.
