Job Description

A Digital Account Coordinator will be expected to:

  • Work with Account Managers during project on boarding phase and participate in on boarding meetings with client.
  • Support and sometimes lead client projects and engagements that range from website redesign, online marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and email initiatives.  
  • Manage production workflow between Account Management and Execution Team to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets expectations.
  • Follow or develop procedures, providing client deliverables, documenting meetings, general project management, and maintaining essential program records.
  • Take responsibility for QA of content and creative provided by Execution Team.


Qualifications
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of ad agency experience or relevant coursework with impressive internship experience.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work. 
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and organization skills. 
  • Take pride in your outstanding work ethic and have confidence to own projects and set and meet goals.
  • Have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and respect of both clients and agency team members.
  • The ideal candidate(s) will also be able to demonstrate good initiative, take responsibility, and adapt to change in a fast paced, demanding environment.


Additional Information

Salary Base - $35-40K Annually.
