• Serve as a key point of contact for clients on campaign performance and recommendations

• Support client meetings, presentations, and ongoing communications

• Collaborate closely with account, creative, and analytics teams to ensure aligned execution

• Maintain strong relationships with platform partners and vendors

Growth, Learning & Contribution

• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools

• 2+ years managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Agency experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of paid, earned, and owned media integration

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Core Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and executive-level insights

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including formal presentation skills

• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in fast-paced environments

• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proven relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders

• Growth mindset with desire to learn new skills and test innovative approaches

• Positive attitude aligned with RMP’s values

Nice to Have

• Ecommerce experience

• Notable digital technical prowess (e.g., GA4 certification, GTM experience, pixel tracking/troubleshooting)
