Digital Director/Sr. Director/AVP (Open Level) Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital Director to join their Digital Division, helping to lead strategy, innovation, and performance across our growing digital practice. The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital communications leader with deep expertise in social media, influencer strategy, content development, paid media, and analytics, along with a strong understanding of how digital communications integrates with traditional PR to drive measurable business outcomes for clients. What you'll do
  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of integrated digital programs, including social media, influencer, and paid/organic campaigns, to drive measurable results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring campaign stability, communication flow, and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Develop data driven digital recommendations, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights and optimization plans.
  • Manage budgets, guide team members, and contribute to growth efforts by supporting new business development and upselling opportunities.
Who you are
  • Minimum 6 years of digital marketing experience in an agency environment, including at least 3 years leading campaigns, managing direct reports, and working directly with client decision makers.
  • Prior experience working with travel, lifestyle, or real estate brands is required.
  • Expert-level proficiency across all major social platforms, influencer management tools, native analytics suites, and social intelligence platforms, with strong understanding of FTC regulations for digital and influencer content.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute social, influencer, and digital advertising campaigns that meet strategic objectives while staying within budget, supported by strong writing, presentation, and time management skills and a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
What does this position pay?
  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $95,000 to $160,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
