Job description

Do you want to build a better future?

About Enfinity Global

Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy. Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.

Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.

Job Description:

As part of its U.S. growth strategy, Enfinity is developing powered sites for high-load digital customers. The company's land and interconnection positions across major U.S. power markets are being evaluated and advanced as hyperscale, colocation, and high-density compute sites, developed directly or in partnership with digital infrastructure operators. Enfinity Digital is the business unit responsible for this program.

The Digital Site Development Director will lead site identification, assessment, and development functions that support this strategy, working across the U.S. renewable portfolio to qualify and advance priority sites through development and into commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a multi-criteria site screening and ranking process across the U.S. portfolio, assessing each position against renewable development maturity and digital infrastructure suitability, including grid position, interconnection status, land configuration, incentive stack, and demand-market fundamentals.
  • Translate site rankings into a prioritized development action plan: scoping capital improvements, advancing entitlement and permitting toward digital-grade specifications, and preparing priority positions for partner diligence.
  • Lead commercial engagement with high-load digital customers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, and enterprise anchor tenants from initial site introduction through term sheet and into executed framework agreements.
  • Structure the energy and digital commercial interface: BTM offtake, VPPA, utility sleeve, or hybrid arrangements that work for both the digital customer and the renewable development stack.
  • Support M&A and capital formation processes where digital infrastructure upside is a material value driver, including diligence, investment committee preparation, and presentations to capital partners.
  • Build the in-house tooling, databases, and repeatable development processes that establish Enfinity Digital's screening and execution capability as a durable internal function.
  • Manage and develop the existing offtake and RFP organization, with responsibility to scale the team as transaction volume and U.S. presence grow.

Requirements

  • Substantive experience in renewable IPP development and digital infrastructure siting, with direct exposure to how each discipline underwrites a site and structures a transaction.
  • Multi-market grid experience across at least two of PJM, MISO, ERCOT, and SERC, including interconnection screening, substation analysis, and transmission capacity evaluation.
  • A track record of converting late-stage development assets into executed commercial transactions -- M&A, offtake, build-transfer, or joint venture -- not solely pipeline origination.
  • Established relationships with hyperscale and colocation development and site selection teams, and direct familiarity with the criteria and process by which digital customers make siting decisions.
  • Experience building systematic screening and analytical tools for use across a multi-market development portfolio, site scoring methodologies, incentive databases, or comparable infrastructure.
  • Ability to operate at an investment committee level: authoring investment notes, framing risk, and presenting to institutional capital partners.

In Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries. Here, we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.

Let’s build our future together.
