Job description

The Digitization Manager is responsible for supporting design and implementation of overall enterprise strategies related to webbased/digital technologies.
  • Responsible for acting as the conduit between business leaders for development and implementation of these key strategies
  • Plans and delivers an effective digital strategy to achieve enterprise goals
  • Improves overall customer experience by expanding digital channels
  • Improves communication channels with field related to daily activities
  • Increases revenues by expanding customer contact methods
  • Enhances revenue and meets cost savings by replacing manual processes with technology driven efficiencies
  • Achieve targeted savings for defined activities related to improved waste reduction
  • Works collaboratively with business leaders to lead and develop a continuous improvement culture
  • Develops presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, RVPs, etc.)
  • Drives/Decides/Consults on digital improvement in close interrelationship with business owners and key users within the organization
  • Project management, systems, and tools
  • Work, collaborate, and drive activities in a decentralized environment

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or information systems management, or MBA Preferred
  • 3+ years experience in the following disciplines:
