Job description

Digital Infrastructure Associate – Miami, FL / Chicago, IL

Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking an Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Digital Infrastructure & Cloud Computing Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on digital infrastructure and cloud transactions
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, development agreements, SLAs, loan documents, and JV/operating agreements
  • Support data center acquisitions, development projects, network transactions, and cable infrastructure matters
  • Work with data center operators, cloud providers, telecom companies, investors, and lenders
  • Take on increasing responsibility and leadership within the practice
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of relevant transactional experience
  • Experience with digital infrastructure, data centers, cloud computing, or related transactions preferred
  • Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the applicable jurisdiction
