Email Marketing: Oversee email marketing system โ€” including strategy, template build, deliverability, performance analysis, A/B testing, personalization, and governance standards covering brand compliance, accessibility, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR adherence.

UX/UI : Oversee and uphold UX/UI standards across all digital properties โ€” leading the UI/UX team in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, while maintaining a scalable digital design system in coordination with the creative studio.

Growth Marketing & Optimization : Develop and execute growth marketing tactics โ€” including landing page optimization, CRO, A/B and multivariate testing, and personalization โ€” managing a continuous experimentation program benchmarked year-over-year against defined performance targets.

Analytics & Reporting : Own website analytics and reporting infrastructure via Adobe Analytics, Sitecore and Tableau โ€” tracking website KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO/GEO metrics, and content effectiveness, and translating data into roadmap prioritization, UX improvements, and resource decisions.

External Digital Touchpoint Cohesion : Ensure all external client-facing digital touchpoints beyond the website โ€” microsites, landing pages, digital publications, client portal interfaces, and interactive tools โ€” are cohesive in brand expression, UX standards, and technical quality through periodic ecosystem audits.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing and website management experience with minimum 5+ years in financial services, digital marketing โ€” asset management, wealth management, or capital markets preferred.
