Job description

The Head of Digital Marketing will lead Neubergerโ€™s digital marketing strategy and web presence, owning the corporate website ecosystem, email marketing program, UX/UI standards, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and growth marketing tactics that drive measurable engagement across all digital properties. The role reports to the Global Head of Brand Experience and is responsible for continuous website optimization, integration of products and lines of business into the digital experience, and ensuring all external clientโ€‘facing digital touchpoints are cohesive and aligned.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the firmโ€™s digital marketing strategy, establishing vision, roadmap, and annual priorities across the website, email, and all external clientโ€‘facing digital touchpoints with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as the marketing owner of the corporate website in partnership with Client Coverage Technology, leading content architecture, feature prioritization, release planning, sprint collaboration, QA, governance, taxonomy, metadata, and ADA/WCAG compliance.
  • Develop and execute a search strategy covering SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), leading technical SEO initiatives such as site architecture, schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and pioneering GEO practices to maximize discoverability across AIโ€‘powered platforms.
  • Oversee email marketing system, including strategy, template build, deliverability, performance analysis, A/B testing, personalization, and governance standards covering brand compliance, accessibility, and CANโ€‘SPAM/GDPR adherence.
  • Lead and uphold UX/UI standards across all digital properties, guiding the UI/UX team in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and maintaining a scalable digital design system in coordination with the creative studio.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing tactics, including landing page optimization, CRO, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and managing a continuous experimentation program benchmarked yearโ€‘overโ€‘year against defined performance targets.
  • Own website analytics and reporting infrastructure via Adobe Analytics, Sitecore, and Tableau, tracking website KPIs and translating data into roadmap prioritization, UX improvements, and resource decisions.
  • Ensure all external clientโ€‘facing digital touchpoints beyond the websiteโ€”microsites, landing pages, digital publications, client portal interfaces, and interactive toolsโ€”are cohesive in brand expression, UX standards, and technical quality through periodic ecosystem audits.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive digital marketing and website management experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in financial services (asset management, wealth management, or capital markets preferred).
  • 4+ years managing digital marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with Sitecore, Azure, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Crazy Egg, SEO/GEO tools (Google Search Console, Figma, Litmus/Salesforce, TransPerfect).
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country of the role location without requiring current or future sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $175,000โ€“$225,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus and retirement contributions. The comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and other eligible employee benefits.
