Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and online conversions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, analytics, marketing automation, and conversion optimization. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, project management, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and budgets.
  • Optimize website content and performance to improve organic search rankings.
  • Plan and manage PPC, display, search, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Create and promote digital content, including blogs, articles, videos, graphics, and social posts.
  • Manage social media accounts, content calendars, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional email campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve campaign results and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages, website experience, and conversion rates.
  • Use marketing automation tools to segment audiences, manage leads, and streamline campaigns.
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure compliance with privacy and advertising standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong content creation, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation and lead-nurturing platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and website content-management systems.
