Job description

Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Digital Creative Manager to lead our digital creative evolution. This isn't just about digital; it's about the power of the idea.
This role is responsible for directing a team of Creative Designers to conceptualize and execute innovative, high-impact campaigns across all digital touchpoints. You will be the resident expert on emerging media trends, social platforms, and modern creative technologies, ensuring our brand remains a leader in the digital retail space.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives on "the new"-constantly challenging traditional retail creative while maintaining brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Art Directors. Foster a culture of innovation, providing clear creative direction and professional development to elevate the team's output.
  • Brand Stewardship & Vision: Act as the guardian of the brand's visual DNA. Ensure all creative output adheres to a unified brand aesthetic while pushing the boundaries of modern design.
  • Conceptual Innovation: Drive the ideation of "outside the status quo" concepts. Develop forward-thinking creative strategies that align with business goals while pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling.
  • Digital & Social Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc.), online advertising, and emerging digital trends. Translate platform-specific behaviors into creative opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Content, Studio, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice. Actively work to bridge the gap between digital design and content production to create seamless 360-degree campaigns.
  • Strategic Execution: Oversee the creative process from initial brainstorm through to delivery, ensuring all digital assets are optimized for performance, engagement, and brand consistency. Partner with Marketing, Studio, and Content teams to bridge the gap between "the ask" and "the art." You will be the voice that ensures business goals are met through superior design.
  • Trend Integration: Proactively identify and implement modern workflows-including AI-assisted creative tools and metadata-driven asset systems-to improve output and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in creative leadership, specifically within digital-first environments (Retail or Agency experience preferred).
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-level conceptual thinking and successful digital/social campaigns.
  • Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, digital production workflows, and emerging social platforms. Familiarity with AI integration in creative processes is a significant plus.
  • Leadership Style: A "player-coach" mentality with a proven ability to lead teams through periods of growth and organizational shift.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate creative vision to executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex digital trends into actionable creative strategies.

Core Competencies
  • Forward-Thinking: You don't just follow trends; you anticipate them.
  • Brand Stewardship: You know how to evolve a brand without losing its DNA.
  • Agility: You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment where speed-to-market is critical.
