Overview

Theย Digital Creative Designerย is a detail-oriented designer responsible for creating, adapting, and delivering high-quality digital assets across multiple platforms and campaign formats.

The role focuses on digital production, including campaign adaptations, social media assets, website visuals, display assets, email/CRM visuals, landing pages, digital key visuals, and other online communication materials.

The Digital Creative Designer manages assigned projects from brief to final delivery, applying brand guidelines, creative direction, and feedback to produce polished, visually consistent, and production-ready assets.

This role requires strong design execution, attention to detail, awareness of digital formats, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline pressure. The designer collaborates with creative teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet brand, quality, and platform requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Create and adapt digital assets across multiple platforms and formats, including social media, display, CRM/email visuals, website visuals, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Develop visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines, creative direction, and project requirements.
  • Adapt and resize master creatives into different digital formats while maintaining visual consistency and quality.
  • Support the creation of master layouts and digital design systems where required.
  • Prepare final digital assets for delivery, ensuring correct dimensions, formats, naming conventions, and export settings.
  • Apply feedback from Creative Leads, Project Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders in a structured and efficient way.
  • Manage multiple production tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, project managers, and digital production teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Participate in creative reviews, project kick-offs, and brainstorming sessions when required.
  • Understand campaign objectives, brand positioning, target audience, and digital platform requirements.
  • Create layouts, mockups, and visual concepts to support campaign development and asset production.
  • Support junior designers by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and helping maintain production standards.
  • Stay informed about digital design trends, platform requirements, and production best practices.
  • Proactively flag risks, blockers, unclear briefs, or quality issues that may impact delivery.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • 3+ Years of Experience.
  • Confirmed or mid-level Digital Creative Designer with proven experience in digital design production, campaign adaptation, and brand-aligned visual execution.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

  • Design Skills:ย Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, color usage, and brand consistency.
  • Digital Design Production:ย Ability to create and adapt assets for digital channels such as social media, websites, display banners, CRM/email, landing pages, and campaign platforms.
  • Adobe Creative Suite:ย Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. After Effects knowledge is useful but not mandatory.
  • Figma / Digital Design Tools:ย Good understanding of Figma or similar digital design tools is highly recommended, especially for digital layouts, component-based production, design systems, and collaborative workflows.
  • Brand Guideline Application:ย Ability to apply brand rules accurately across multiple digital assets and formats.
  • Attention to Detail:ย Strong focus on alignment, spacing, typography, consistency, image quality, naming conventions, and final export accuracy.
  • Time Management:ย Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and deliver within agreed deadlines.
