Job description

RH is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Director, Digital Creative Operations to lead high-velocity digital production across web, email, copy, social, digital advertising, and emerging formats. This role designs and scales the systems, workflows, and partnerships that enable rapid testing and iteration, drives measurable digital performance, and preserves creative excellence at scale.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the end-to-end digital creative operations lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, workflow design, documentation, communication, trafficking, delivery, repurposing, and archiving
  • Design and implement agile, scalable processes that support rapid launches, A/B testing, social responsiveness, and multi-platform output
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across all digital workstreams to optimize speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Define, track, and analyze digital-specific KPIs, including content velocity, time to publish, throughput, rework, and performance lift
  • Oversee budgets, external vendors, and production partners, ensuring cost efficiency and operational discipline
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing clear ownership of timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations
  • Ensure alignment across creative, marketing, technology, and analytics teams to maintain brand integrity and elevate the end-to-end digital customer experience
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service, and data-informed decision-making
  • Anticipate and adapt to evolving digital trends, including short-form video, AI-enabled creative workflows, platform shifts, and accessibility standards
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of experience in digital creative operations, production, or related disciplines within e-commerce, in-house teams, or agency environments
  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling digital creative workflows and leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-channel initiatives involving budgeting, scheduling, prioritization, and risk management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Perform work in an office or studio environment, including extended periods working at a computer
  • Use standard office equipment and technology for extended periods
  • Visually review digital assets, creative materials, and performance data with attention to detail
