Job Description

The Digital Content Sr Manager is responsible for developing and delivering high‑quality, external‑facing creative content that brings P&G Personal Healthcare brands and digital creative strategies to life.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Content, this role focuses primarily on hands‑on execution—producing, adapting, and refining creative assets across digital channels to support campaigns, always‑on programs, and performance initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for a creative executor who excels at:

  • Translating established creative direction into polished, on‑brand digital assets.
  • Producing content at speed and scale across Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned channels.
  • Applying strong craft fundamentals (design, copy, motion, UX) to real‑world executions.
  • Supporting full‑funnel creative needs—from awareness assets to conversion‑focused formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop external‑facing creative assets across digital channels (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned) in support of campaigns and always‑on programs, ensuring assets align with brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards.
  • Produce, adapt, and resize creative for multiple platforms, formats, and audiences while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Support full‑funnel creative needs, including awareness storytelling, mid‑funnel engagement, and lower‑funnel conversion assets.
  • Support end‑to‑end creative production—from development through final delivery—working closely with internal teams or agency partners as needed.
  • Ensure creative assets are delivered on time, on brand, and production‑ready for activation
  • Maintain attention to detail across all external‑facing work, contributing to overall creative quality and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with the Director and partners to support creative testing through execution of variants and asset updates.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of how creative impacts digital performance, without owning analytics or optimization strategy.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Design, Design, Advertising, Animation or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative execution, digital design, content creation, or marketing creative roles.
  • Experience creating external‑facing digital content across some combination of Paid, Earned, Shared, or Owned channels.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and executing within established creative frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with creative leads, marketers, and/or agencies to deliver finished assets.
  • Strong executional skills with solid craft fundamentals (design, copy, motion, UX awareness).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, AI Platforms, editing tools
  • Ability to translate creative direction and briefs into high‑quality external‑facing content.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in finished creative outputs.
  • Comfort producing work in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment.
  • Open to feedback and able to incorporate input quickly and constructively.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn performance‑driven creative practices over time.
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule in Cincinnati, OH based office.
