Wir gestalten Kommunikation, Marken und digitale Erlebnisse an der Schnittstelle von Kreativität, Technologie und Kultur. Für starke Marken entwickeln wir Social Content, Kampagnen, Formate und digitale Kommunikation, die Menschen im Alltag erreicht.
Deshalb suchen wir für unser Team eine Person, die Social versteht, gerne schreibt und Lust hat, Marken dort sichtbar zu machen, wo Menschen täglich unterwegs sind. Jemanden, der gute Copies nicht als "nur Text" versteht, sondern als wichtigen Teil davon, ob ein Asset, ein Format oder eine Idee wirklich funktioniert.

Das erwartet Dich
- Du schreibst und adaptierst Social Copies, Posting-Texte, Captions und Asset-Texte für unterschiedliche Marken und Plattformen.
- Du unterstützt bei wiederkehrenden Content-Produktionen, z. B. für Entertainment-, Retail- oder Lifestyle-Marken.
- Du entwickelst bestehende Formate weiter und bringst eigene Ideen für Social Mechaniken, Serien und Konzepte ein.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Art Direction, Social Media Management, Strategie und Creative Direction zusammen.
- Du hilfst dabei, Marken tonal sauber und gleichzeitig plattformgerecht auf Social zu übersetzen.
- Du nutzt an den richtigen Stellen AI-Tools, um repetitive Aufgaben schneller, strukturierter und besser zu machen - ohne dass Qualität, Tonalität oder Markenverständnis verloren gehen.
- Du unterstützt bei Pitches, New Business und konzeptionellen Aufgaben.
- Du bringst Ideen sichtbar ein und kannst deine Gedanken einfach und nachvollziehbar erklären.

Deshalb suchen wir jemanden, der beides kann: sauber schreiben und kreativ weiterdenken. Jemanden, der wiederkehrende Content-Arbeit zuverlässig trägt und gleichzeitig hilft, Formate, Mechaniken und Konzepte weiterzuentwickeln.

- Du schreibst gerne - wirklich gerne.
- Du hast ein gutes Gefühl für Sprache, Tonalität, Timing und Social Codes.
- Du kannst Posts, Captions und kurze Copies sauber, schnell und fehlerarm erstellen.
- Du verstehst gängige Social-Media-Plattformen und kennst ihre unterschiedlichen Logiken.
- Du hast Lust auf Popkultur, Entertainment, Marken, Trends und digitale Kommunikation.
- Du kannst dich in verschiedene Markenwelten hineindenken und Tonalitäten adaptieren.
- Du hast relevante Erfahrung in Copywriting, Social Content, Redaktion, Markenkommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Ideenentwicklung mit und möchtest Formate und Konzepte aktiv mitgestalten.
- Du bist gewissenhaft, schnell, offen für Feedback und arbeitest gerne im Team.
