Alaska Gear Company is continuing to grow our team of driven outdoor professionals. We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and help drive the next phase of our growth.

This role sits at the center of our brand’s digital ecosystem. You will own the strategy and performance of our digital channels used to grow our audience, strengthen the brand, and drive revenue.

From launching new gear and seasonal campaigns to scaling our e-commerce presence, you’ll collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns that connect our products with the people who rely on them in the harshest environments on earth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital marketing strategy across paid ads, email, SEO, social, content, and web.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel digital campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta ads, and other paid digital channels.
  • Oversee promotional and lifecycle email strategy.
  • Guide SEO initiatives and content direction.
  • Lead social media strategy and campaign alignment.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for engagement and conversion.
  • Track results and adjust strategy based on performance data.
  • Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ecommerce, product marketing, or content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Experience executing multichannel digital marketing initiatives.
