NANA Construction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly by handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Greet visitors and provide general support to staff and clients.
  • Assist payroll department, or other departments as required.
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
  • Other duties that are pertinent to the department or unit's success also may be assigned.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) related administrative support experience.
  • Intermediate skillset with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
