Assistant Content Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Content Manager to support the development, coordination, and execution of photo product templates and creative content for our photo printing client. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to help manage product content, coordinate design projects, maintain digital assets, and ensure high-quality customer experiences across our product portfolio.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in content coordination, merchandising, marketing, or e-commerce who enjoys managing multiple projects, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with creative teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience managing digital product content or online merchandising for an e-commerce or retail business.
  • Experience with briefs, lookbooks, design selection, templates, graphic/image file formats and content calendars
  • Experience working with digital assets, creative files, or product content.
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
