QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

3-6+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or strategic copywriting.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience writing for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Ability to develop and adapt messaging frameworks across multiple brands and audience segments.

Experience creating email campaigns, newsletters, social media content, landing page copy, and sales enablement materials.

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email/CRM platforms.

Ability to analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, engagement) and adjust messaging accordingly.

Strong research skills and the ability to translate industry insights into compelling, strategic content.

Attention to detail that impacts brand perception and profitability.

Must be a true team player and maintain a high level of integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:

Own and execute the written voice across Fait brands, ensuring messaging is strategic, research-driven, and audience-specific.

Write and manage all social media content for Family Vision and Fait Companies, aligning with marketing goals, seasonal themes, and performance objectives.

Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports campaign priorities and business initiatives.

Write and manage monthly digital newsletters, including subject lines, headlines, and calls-to-action optimized for engagement.

Develop persuasive copy for sell sheets, optometry kits, retail partner materials, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Manager to ensure alignment between messaging and visual execution.

Support the development of nurture campaigns and automated email sequences as marketing automation evolves.

Conduct light competitive and industry research to inform positioning and messaging strategy.

Work with stakeholders in other departments to support internal and external communication initiatives.

Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming sessions, contributing strategic content ideas.

Assist in additional marketing initiatives as requested by the Marketing Director or leadership team.

INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE

95% of content delivered on or before deadline.

Year-over-year improvement in email open rates and click-through rates.

Reduction in content revision cycles through improved first-pass quality.

Continuous improvement of individual, team, and operational performance.

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM

All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating, and implementing solutions where possible.

PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT

Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate's responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.
