Social Media Admin - Automotive Dealership

Our automotive dealership is looking for a dynamic and organized Social Media Admin to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating and managing content that reflects our brand, showcases our vehicles, and promotes our services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote dealership offerings
  • Create, schedule, and post content highlighting vehicle inventory, promotions, customer testimonials, and dealership events
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages on social media, providing excellent customer service
  • Monitor social media comments and reviews, engaging with the audience and addressing any concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media strategies with dealership goals
  • Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports, adjusting strategies based on insights
  • Stay up to date on automotive trends, social media tools, and platform updates

Requirements
