Job description

Manufacture Incentive Clerk

Suntrup Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated car dealership seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable as well as a dependable team-player.

Job Duties

Review and approve all manufacturer incentives included on car deals.

Submit all required incentive support to the manufacturer to receive reimbursement..

Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the manufacturer incentives.

Other duties as assigned to assist the organization.

Qualifications:

Time management skills.

Ability to problem solve.

Effective communication skills.

Highly organized.

Must be able to meet established deadlines.

Accounting knowledge and/or experience.

Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.

Schedule Requirements:

Full-time: 40 Hours a week

Monday – Friday:  Start at 7:00 am or 8:00 am (Flexible).

Occasional overtime as business needs require.
