Full Job Description

Hyman Brothers Nissan is currently seeking a technician apprentice that is aspiring to be a future master technician to join our team! A technician apprentice must have experience in general automotive service and have or be willing to get their Virginia State Inspection license.  This position will provide both on the job training as well as manufacture online and paid off site training. This position will provide an opportunity for an apprentice to become a certified Nissan technician.  Please only apply if you are serious about your future as a certified Nissan technician.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance
  • Perform vehicle inspections
  • Complete work as instructed and repairs in a timely fashion
  • Work closely with a master technician
  • Work well with others and be self-motivated
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Follow all company and manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Complete manufacture training as required

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have or be willing to own tools
  • Must have a valid & active driver’s license
