Job description

North Austin Nissan is the first open point dealership in company history for Continental Automotive Group! Come join us in marking a major step toward our company's long-term vision of growth.

This individual will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan once the store opens on July 1st!  

The Continental Automotive Group is an exceptional place to be, and lucky for you, we're recruiting! We are a locally-owned, family-operated company with locations in North/Central Austin and San Juan, TX. Our stores' rapid growth has created amazing advancement opportunities for our Service Technicians and Technician Apprentices. We proudly offer 50 hours per pay period GUARANTEED through the end of 2026, paid training, sign on bonuses, performance reviews, and upward mobility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of 1 year of mainline diagnostic and repair technician experience required
  • Responsible for maintaining all manufacturer self-studies
  • Able to perform comprehensive repairs to Nissan vehicles
  • Nissan experience preferred
  • Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Flexible and willing to work with anyone's schedule!

Shop Hours:

  • Flexibility in scheduling within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday.
  • Main Line Techs work 50 hours a pay period.
  • Master Techs are able to pick their own schedules and hours.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $30 per flag hour
  • $70,000 - $200,000 expected annual salary, dependent on experience and certifications
  • Able to earn production bonuses
  • 50 hours per pay period GUARANTEED through the end of 2026
