The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing diesel engines, diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment is safe and reliable. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on diesel engines, heavy equipment, and company vehicles.

  • Inspect and troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, electrical, and brake systems.

  • Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed.

  • Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks to ensure safety and performance.

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns in the field when necessary.

  • Collaborate with the operations and field teams to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment.

  • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in construction or heavy equipment.
