Job Description
EchoPark is seeking to add a Buyer Specialist/Admin to our team in Thornton, CO. As a Buyer Specialist, you will process all paperwork required to complete vehicle purchases. You'll ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time-helping both customers and internal teams close purchases smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Purchasing Documentation: Review and prepare contracts, addenda, disclosure forms, and power of attorney documents.
  • Title & Registration: Verify title status, lienholder information, registration forms, and state-specific DMV requirements.
  • Financial Verification: Accurately verify loan payoffs
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all paperwork meets federal, state, and dealership policies (including Odometer and title disclosures).
  • Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the buyers to ensure all paperwork is accurate and signed.
  • Customer Communication: Proactively contact customers to gather missing information or signatures and explain document requirements.
  • Shift Coverage: Work flexible hours, including closing shifts, to support deal finalization

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of state DMV processes and dealership compliance standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable interacting with customers and lenders.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with electronic vehicle registration (EVR) systems.
  • 1+ years of experience in dealership paperwork processing, title clerk, finance office, or similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with F&I product menus and lender guidelines.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Associate's degree or coursework in business administration.
