Apple Autos is seeking a meticulous and experienced Automotive Finance Processor/Administrator to join our team and ensure smooth financial transactions. As a Finance Processor/Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and managing finance and lease applications, coordinating with financial institutions, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory requirements. Your role is pivotal in supporting our sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience. What You’ll Do

  • Process finance and lease applications promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate with customers to gather required information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flow.
  • Interface with financial institutions to obtain financing approvals.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and lease programs, as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management regarding finance activities.
  • Resolve any finance-related issues or discrepancies promptly.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in automotive finance processing, dealership admin, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of finance and lease programs, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
