Job description

Carman Ford Lincoln in New Castle, Delaware is looking to add an Experienced Warranty Administrator to our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with Ford Warranty, Extended Warranty, and Warranty Policies and Procedures. 

Job Responsibilities to include:

  • Reviewing and Submitting all Ford/Lincoln Warranty repairs
  • Accurately closing and posting all paid warranty claims
  • Following all manufacturer policies and procedures as it pertains to submitting, claiming, and posting repair orders
  • Provide communication between dealership and Ford/Lincoln Warranty to execute claims
  • Reviewing, submitting, and claiming all extended warranty claims
  • Reviewing approvals for rental vehicles
  • Communicating with Service Manager on all claims that require additional attention and items

Qualifications:

  • Experience with manufacturers and extended warranty companies
  • Knowledge of claiming and submitting through proper warranty channels
  • Dealership administration is a plus
  • Understanding repair procedures and documentation requirements
