Collision Repair Center Office Administrator 

Location: Preston Autobody of Wilmington 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Schedule: Monday–Friday 

About the Position 


We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our busy collision repair center. This position plays an important role in keeping the office running efficiently while providing excellent experience for our customers. 

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, technicians, and management. 

Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience 
  • Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries 
  • Schedule vehicle drop-offs, pickups, and appointments 
  • Assist with customer check-in and check-out 
  • Maintain accurate customer and repair-order information 
  • Process paperwork, invoices, payments, and documentation 
  • Communicate with insurance companies and assist with claim documentation 
  • Assist estimators and management with administrative tasks 
  • Monitor repair orders for missing information or documentation 
  • Coordinate rental vehicle information and transportation needs 
  • Make customer follow-up calls and provide repair status updates 
  • Maintain organized office files and records 
  • Assist with accounts receivable and other office duties as needed 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office 
  • Follow company processes and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
