Your role

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Supply Chain Team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. You will work with a team of 2other Customer Service Professionals at our South Charlotte location (About 3-4 miles from Carowinds) This is a Hybrid position #LI-Hybrid Working 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home.

  • Customer Interaction

    oYou will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests through phone, email, or chat.

    o Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate accountability in completing assigned tasks.

    o Resolve customer issues efficiently and in alignment with company policy.

    o Provide accurate, timely information on products, services, availability, and order status.

    o Communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customer groups.

    o Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal departments, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

    o Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions to reduce customer friction and improve operational efficiency.

  • * Collaboration

    o Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

    o Share relevant customer insights with other departments to help drive process improvements and customer-centric strategies.

    o Participate in regular interdepartmental meetings to align service goals with broader operational objectives.

    o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

  • * Training

    o Assist in documenting procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps to enhance team knowledge base.

    o Encourage a culture of learning by promoting knowledge sharing and upskilling opportunities within the team

  • 2+ years in customer service

  • Experience working in SAP

  • Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics

  • You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.

  • Customer focused (both internal and external)

  • Ability to establish positive relationships with team members and customers

  • Associates degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
