Since its founding in 2004, this premier youth baseball resort complex has become a celebrated destination for young athletes and families from across the country. Now, you can be part of the action through a dynamic internship that blends culinary arts and restaurant operations in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Position Summary:
The Cooperstown All Star Village Internship Program offers a hands-on, rotational curriculum that immerses interns in every facet of food and beverage operations. From the precision of back-of-house culinary prep to the energy of front-of-house, interns gain real-world experience in a multimillion-dollar hospitality enterprise that serves over thousands of guests daily across a sprawling 67-acre complex.
Rotational Schedule
Interns rotate through two core areas:
  • Back of House: Culinary production and kitchen operations
  • Front of House: Guest service and restaurant management

Key Responsibilities:
Back of House Training
Gain practical experience in:
  • Recipe scaling and volume production
  • Food sourcing, ordering, and storage
  • Culinary preparation and line station execution (Grill, Sautรฉ, Fryer, Pantry, Expeditor)
  • Kitchen health, hygiene, and safety standards

Front of House Training
Develop skills in:
  • Staffing and service coordination
  • Bar and beverage operations
  • Reservation systems and guest flow
  • POS and inventory control systems
  • Strategic and tactical planning
  • Restaurant layout and design principles

What Interns Can Expect:
