Position Summary
The Digital Content & Creative Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and protecting the PopStroke brand across all digital marketing channels, with an emphasis on curating content for all social channels, email marketing and other digital marketing campaigns. This is a highly hands-on player/coach role that combines graphic design, content creation, video production and editing, digital asset management, and brand stewardship.
The ideal candidate is a talented designer and content creator who can personally develop compelling creative assets while also serving as the organization's creative gatekeeper-ensuring all marketing materials, social content, email campaigns, digital advertisements, venue collateral, and brand communications remain visually consistent and aligned with PopStroke's brand standards.
This role will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Social Media, Operations, Hospitality, and Local Marketing teams to create engaging content while building scalable systems for content collection, asset management, and creative execution across all venues.
As the company grows, this position may evolve into a leadership role with responsibility for managing additional creative resources and content specialists.

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer
Salary: $85k-$100k plus 10% bonus
Key Responsibilities
Brand Stewardship & Creative Governance
Serve as the primary guardian of the PopStroke brand across all marketing channels.
Review and approve creative assets to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and creative toolkits.
Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, photography, video, and design execution.
Digital Asset Management
Own and maintain PopStroke's digital asset library.
Organize and manage photography, video, logos, creative templates, and marketing materials.
Develop systems that allow field teams and corporate departments to easily access approved brand assets.
Maintain version control and creative standards across all platforms.
Design & Content Production
Personally design graphics, edit video, create social content, and produce digital marketing assets.
Create content for social media, email marketing, website updates, paid advertising, venue promotions, memberships, and events.
Support grand openings, major campaigns, and new initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.
Content Strategy & Storytelling
Develop and execute PopStroke's content strategy across all digital channels in collaboration with social and marketing leadership team members.
Create compelling visual and video storytelling that highlights the guest experience, hospitality culture, food and beverage offerings, events, memberships, and venue activations.
Partner with Digital Marketing, Social Media, Operations, Hospitality, and Sales teams to support key business initiatives.
Identify content opportunities tied to promotions, seasonal campaigns, new venue openings, partnerships, and community events.
Creative Production
Produce, edit, and publish high-quality video and photo content for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and in-venue digital displays.
Design digital graphics and creative assets consistent with brand standards.
Manage content production from concept through final delivery.
Ensure all creative assets are optimized for platform-specific requirements.
Social & Digital Content
Support social media content creation and campaign execution across all platforms.
Develop short-form video content designed to increase engagement and reach.
Partner with the Director of Social & Brand Content on content planning and execution.
Create assets that support paid media, email marketing, memberships, and event sales initiatives.
Field Content Collection
Build and manage a scalable content collection program across all venues.
Train and partner with Local Marketing Managers and venue leadership teams on content capture best practices.
Curate user-generated and field-generated content for corporate marketing use.
Travel periodically to venues, grand openings, and major events to capture original content.
Brand & Creative Standards
Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
Develop content templates, creative toolkits, and guidelines for field teams.
Evaluate emerging content trends, creative technologies, and AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience creating digital content, social media content, video production, or creative marketing campaigns.
Experience leading content creation for a consumer-facing brand, hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, sports, or lifestyle company preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, photography, graphic design, and social-first content creation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar creative tools.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content performance metrics, and platform best practices.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
