This position is responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to lead the development and execution of compelling digital campaigns across web, email, social media, motion content, and emerging AI driven creative workflows. Duties include overseeing the creative process from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards, driving audience engagement, and supporting performance focused initiatives by producing high quality digital assets at scale.

How success is defined:
  • Lead the creative development of integrated digital campaigns across website, email marketing, paid and organic social, and digital advertising channels.
  • Ensure all creative output reflects a cohesive brand identity, maintaining excellence in typography, imagery, tone, and design execution across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact digital assets including landing page visuals, email modules, social content packages, motion graphics, and short-form video.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to produce motion-based storytelling and dynamic content for digital channels.
  • Explore and integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance ideation, content iteration, personalization, and production efficiency while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Partner closely with marketing, e-commerce, product, and leadership teams to translate business goals into engaging creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple creative timelines simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within scope.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to designers, freelancers, and creative partners as needed.
  • Support select print initiatives such as catalogs, retail collateral, or event materials, ensuring alignment with broader campaign creative.
  • Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

  • Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule while being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative management or digital design leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital campaign work across web, email, social, and motion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); familiarity with Figma preferred.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines while driving creative innovation.
  • Understanding of performance marketing creative, digital best practices, and platform-specific design needs.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted creative tools and an interest in modern content production workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings

Compensation Range: $99,000 - $104,000
