CREATIVE ASSISTANT
Reports to: Creative Coordinator
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Position Overview
The Graphic Design Creative Assistant supports the Creative Coordinator in producing high-quality digital and print materials that consistently reflect Engage Management's brand and history, as well as the brands of all properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Coordinator to understand project requirements and concepts
  • Use design skills in Adobe Suite and Canva to assist the Creative Coordinator in any capacity needed
  • Maintain consistency of all digital and print creations, ensuring they accurately reflect Engage Management's brand and history, as well as all property brands
  • Assist in the creation of all deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • Digital assets for social media, email marketing, and online ads
    • Brochures and property flyers
    • Business cards
    • Event materials
    • Development maps
    • Promotional materials
    • All company and property collateral
    • Signage for properties
    • Potential Resident Packets and New Resident Welcome Packets
    • Presentation decks for company meetings, newsletters, investor updates, and finance proposals
  • Serve as backup for the Creative Coordinator
  • Complete all training as required

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in Windows

Position Details
