Duration: Academic Termย 

Availability: 3-5 flexible hours per week.


Position Summary

The Instagram Assistant supports the Creative Practices Program by managing its Instagram presence and helping showcase the work of students, faculty, and alumni through engaging digital content.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule Instagram content
  • Solicit student and alumni submissions
  • Coordinate image permissions and usage approvals
  • Collaborate with ICP's Marketing team
  • Attend occasional program-related events
  • Track and report weekly work-study hours


Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience using Instagram for professional, creative, or organizational purposes
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills


Eligibility

Only currently enrolled One-Year Certificate (OYC) students are eligible to apply. All applicants will be reviewed by the OYC Program Coordinator to confirm enrollment and eligibility.
