Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and culturally plugged-in Creative Manager to lead the execution of our brand across digital, social, in-store, and franchise marketing touchpoints. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life visually through compelling creative direction, content production, graphic design oversight, and social-first storytelling.
The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, content creator, and creative strategist - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern consumer brands, and can both concept and execute. This person should also have hands-on experience filming and editing engaging social media content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Management
  • Manage day-to-day creative execution across all brand channels
  • Ensure consistency of brand standards across digital, print, in-store, and social touchpoints
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that support brand marketing initiatives, promotions, LTOs, openings, and partnerships
  • Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling creative assets
  • Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines and creative systems as the company scales

Content Creation & Social Media Production
  • Film, edit, and produce social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
  • Capture in-store content including food, lifestyle, employee culture, grand openings, and trend-based social moments
  • Edit short-form videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, transitions, captions, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create high-performing, platform-native creative assets

Design & Production
  • Create marketing collateral including menus, signage, email graphics, digital ads, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials
  • Prepare production-ready files for print, large format, signage, and vendor execution
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure creative quality and accuracy
  • Manage creative asset organization and DAM systems

Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in creative design, graphic design, brand marketing, content creation, or creative production
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, video editing, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
  • Experience filming and editing content on both professional cameras and mobile devices (iPhone/social-first production)
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social content trends
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, restaurant, or retail brands preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who understands culture, internet behavior, and modern brand storytelling
  • A self-starter who can both think strategically and execute tactically
  • A creative who can move fluidly between polished brand campaigns and scrappy social content
  • Someone excited to help shape and scale a fast-growing brand

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
