Summary

PTR Global is seeking a full-cycle Lead Recruiter specializing in creative, digital, and UI/UX talent. This recruiter will manage the hiring process from client intake and sourcing through candidate submission, interview preparation, and offer delivery. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, an understanding of creative and technology skill sets, and the ability to build qualified contract talent pipelines for enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, consultative, metrics-driven, and comfortable managing multiple active requisitions in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Job Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer delivery.
• Partner with client stakeholders to clarify position requirements, candidate qualifications, hiring criteria, and interview processes.
• Source creative, UI/UX, digital, and technology professionals through job boards, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical or creative capabilities, relevant experience, communication skills, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Present accurate, well-qualified candidate shortlists that align with approved job requirements and client expectations.
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-potential contract professionals for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing role context, interview guidance, and timely process updates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle to support engagement and a positive candidate experience.
• Document recruiting activity and manage candidate workflows within applicable applicant tracking, vendor management, and communication platforms.
• Achieve weekly submission expectations by delivering approximately eight to ten qualified candidates across approved requisitions.

Requirements

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience within the staffing, consulting, or professional services industry.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for creative, digital, UI/UX, or related technology positions.
• Strong understanding of creative and digital profiles, including UX designers, UI designers, product designers, visual designers, researchers, content professionals, and related talent.
• Proven ability to conduct client intake meetings and translate business needs into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Experience managing contract recruiting processes for enterprise or high-volume client accounts.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, vendor management systems, sourcing platforms, and candidate communication tools.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Bullhorn, Sense, Fieldglass, Beeline, or Simplify is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet weekly submission goals, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
