Job Summary:
Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Support Specialist position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract.

Location: Alexandria, VA (On-Site)
Position: *Contingent Upon Contract Award*
Responsibilities:
  • Provides executive administrative support
  • Manages calendars and meeting schedules
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries
  • Tracks and manages the details of upcoming speaking events, coordinating logistics and session details
  • Tracks, logs, and facilitates timely responses of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Receives and screens visitors, telephone calls, and e-mails

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum/General Experience: 3 years of experience
  • Administrative Assistant Experience at the Executive Level
