Torch Technologies is seeking a Programmatic Support Specialist to provide program, technical, and administrative support for aviation diagnostics, prognostics, and health monitoring initiatives supporting U.S. Army aviation platforms. The selected candidate will assist with planning, scheduling, reporting, action tracking, and coordination across government and contractor teams.
As a Programmatic Support Specialist your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Support program planning, execution, and status reporting activities.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, metrics, and action item trackers.
  • Coordinate technical interchange meetings, reviews, and customer briefings.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Track requirements, risks, issues, and program deliverables.
  • Support configuration management and documentation activities.
  • Assist with contract, funding, and task management activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders.
  • Support Agile processes and integrated product teams.
  • Maintain program records and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • BS degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of programmatic or project support experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience supporting DoW programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience developing schedules, metrics, and status reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to work on customer site at Redstone Arsenal.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Army aviation programs.
  • Familiarity with diagnostics, prognostics, or maintenance analytics systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and integrated product teams.
  • Experience with risk management and action item tracking.
  • Familiarity with configuration management and software development lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of CMMI and ISO 9001 quality processes.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and program metrics.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or DAWIA certifications.
